Khao Soi Nua
The famous noodle dish from Chiang Mai. A mild mixture of red curry paste, yellow curry powder and coconut milk with tender stewed beef. Served over ba-mee egg noodles, and garnished with fried noodles, fried shallots, cilantro, pickled mustard greens, spicy homemade rustic chili oil with a wedge of lime.
Spicy Soft-shell Crab Salad
Julienned Granny Smith apple tossed with thai herbs and finely minced chili, then drizzled with thai lime dressing. Served on crispy Soft-shell crab.
A combination of a pinch of baked coconut flakes, slice of lime, a few peanuts, and fresh ginger placed on green leaf lettuce. Topped with a homemade sauce (made from fish sauce, brown sugar and other herbs) rolled by hand into a bite size package. All the flavors coming through while chewing to open up each taste bud on the tongue!
Gang Massaman Gai
Our Massaman curry sauce, with added roasted spices for aroma, are served with chicken thigh and chicken drumstick which are slowly cooked in coconut milk for hours to reach the tenderness that we are looking for. Served with Ajat - cucumber, red onion & chili relish.
A'must try' for all Massaman fans!
Som Tam Khao Poad
A twist on the well known green papaya salad, this dish includes fresh local sweet corn kernels. The texture of the corn is an amusing backdrop to the crunchy papaya and lime juice. Poached shrimp is added to this sweet, sour, and mildly spicy salad.
Seafood in the Garden
Assorted seafood sautéed with asparagus, Shiitake mushroom, Chinese broccoli, and other assorted vegetables in garlic sauce. Served with Jasmine Rice
